On the margins of the World Bank Annual Meetings in Bangkok, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Yusuf Murangwa held talks with Abdullah Almusabeeh, President of the Arab Bank for Economic Development.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and the Bank, with a particular emphasis on expanding private sector financing.
Rwanda’s delegation met with Mr. Ndiame Diop, World Bank Regional Vice President for Eastern and Southern Africa. They discussed strengthening the Rwanda–World Bank Group partnership, advancing development priorities, building economic resilience, and making strategic investments in key sectors to drive sustainable growth.
