Our mission
Using a showcase that presents the day-to-day progress of African nations and the BRICS+ bloc to the world, our final objective is to introduce decision executives to a vital & overlooked prerequisite for any human sustainable project, even the theory of sustainable development itself:
“Intercultural Intelligence.”
Introduction to the theory →A promising market deserves careful preparation.
Who takes part in decisions? What do your counterparts expect? How is trust established? We examine these questions in relation to your objective to help you prepare your market entry and initial discussions.
What to understand before committing your resources.
We examine the institutions, economic conditions, social relationships, cultural practices and security factors relevant to your project. You identify the points to clarify before preparing negotiations, a visit or a working relationship.
Prepare a decision that fits local conditions.
A proven strategy may need adjustments in another country. We analyse the people and organisations involved, their expectations and the conditions for cooperation to help you define an approach suited to your project.
Commitments understood in the same way.
Deadlines, responsibilities and decision-making authority may be interpreted differently by the parties. We help you identify those differences and clarify what needs to be agreed before the project starts.
Analysis that prepares your next decisions.
You receive findings on the agreed question: project conditions, constraints, points to verify, recommendations for negotiations and next steps. We define the scope and deliverable before work begins.
When should you contact us?
You are considering a new market, preparing a delegation or negotiations, or structuring cooperation with local counterparts. We start with your question and define the level of analysis and support useful to your project.
