1. Definitions

4. Account and sign-in
4.1. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the Company’s email.
4.2. The User keeps their email secure and does not share codes or access. All actions under the Account are deemed the Company’s.

5. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to: break Russian law; post or send false information, spam or malicious code; attempt unauthorised access to the Site or other accounts; mass-copy (scrape) content; impersonate another person or company; use the Site in a way that disrupts it.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, analysis, images, postcards, design, logos and other Site materials belong to the Administration or are used lawfully (Part 4 of the Civil Code). Non-commercial quotation with a link to tacgii.com is allowed. Any other use requires the Administration’s written consent.
7. Informational nature of the Site
7.1. Information on the Site about services (consulting, logistics, training), partners, countries and news is for information only and is not a public offer (Art. 437(2) of the Civil Code). Service terms are set by separate contracts.
